Now’s the time to determine which thinking is more high level. Which ideas are the tactical efforts, the Actions, needed to achieve the higher level Objectives.Prioritize.
Take the higher level thoughts, the Objectives. Put them in Dwaffler software. Discover their relative importance to you, in terms of your Vision/Mission (called “Context” in software)Assess Actions.
Take the tactical steps, the Actions, that were generated. Put them in Dwaffler software. Assess them in terms of your weighted Objectives.Check robustness.
Dwaffler software will show you how well you would do in terms of success in achieving your Objectives if you were to successfully carry out all Actions you assessed. You’ll also know the “king pin” actions that you must take. You’ll know which Actions you’d be better off dropping. (Taking those resources and applying them elsewhere.)Develop outlines.

Evaluate progress.
