Dwaffler® Web Concept

Build your own personalized (and easily modified) framework for evaluating a given array of options... in terms of your rationale as to why an option would be "good" or even "better" than others. Your options could relate to your personal life, work or business.

Your intuition plays an important role in Dwaffler, alongside objective data. Instinctively, some "reasons" that are driving your choice seem more important than others. Dwaffler is based on your beliefs as to what is important, or more important, to you.

You are guided through a process...a process that combines both your rationale and an assessment in terms of it. At any time, you can change your mind and any input you have made.

Structure your thoughts to see your potential choices, relative to each other, in terms of what matters to you:

Dwaffler's two step process:

Step 1: Clarify your rationale

Why does a certain option seem "good?" Describe an "ideal" option -- what are its characteristics, the ones that make it appealing to you? These "reasons"... these characteristics or criteria... are important, but they aren't all equally important to you. By comparing them systematically in a matrix, you uncover (and quantify) their relative importance.

Step 2: Evaluate your options

What are your "options"...the items, the actions or the things... from which you must choose? How does each stack up against each of the "reasons" that you identified and for which you determined a relative importance in Step 1?

Bingo! Options display in ranked order of merit -- determined by your evaluation of options against your "reasons," combined with the level of importance that you determined for each "reason."

The quickest, easiest and most robust means to better choices.
