About us
Founded in 1999, Dwaffler is a privately held company headquartered in the Seattle area.
The software program, Dwaffler Suite, was begun shortly after the founding of what would otherwise have been solely a consulting business.
The program was born because our clients wanted a fast but fair means to help enhance understanding of nuances behind their choices. Something to provide clarity, ownership and consensus in ultimate decisions, all with the assurance that the process be rapid, robust and designed as if by a user. Maybe even fun.
So we put on the brakes, regrouped and developed a customer-driven, customizable suite of tools based on two fundamental easy-to-learn, almost intuitive, techniques.
Our consulting uses the tools, and because customers wanted it, Dwaffler Suite became licensable as a desktop application. We are now offering a Web version, which, over time, will grow in configurability to encompass the capabilities now in the desktop Suite.
So, where and with whom have we worked? Our work has taken us nationally and internationally, supporting diverse teams in business, government, and non-profit organizations. Boards of directors, executives, management and staff.
Who are we? Our principals have worked, from the bottom up, culminating careers as senior executives in sales, marketing, product management and business strategy for major international companies. We've served on the Boards of non-profits.
Our philosophy of doing business centers on the customer. Our clients in aerospace, energy, engineering, health care, performing arts, philanthropy, software, telecommunications and transportation have inspired us in our development of our tools and processes.
